In-Person Accompaniment
🎓 Student & Individual
Professional collaborative piano accompaniment for recitals, juries, lessons, auditions, and exams in the Pullman, WA/Moscow, ID area. Package hours can be used flexibly in 30-minute increments (covering rehearsal, lesson accompaniment, and stage/waiting time).
Rates

1 hour or less: $35 per 30 min (1 hour total: $70)

2-hour package: $30 per 30 min (total: $120)

3-hour package: $25 per 30 min (total: $150)
Add-on Policy
Once you've selected a package, that rate stays fixed for the full package. If you need additional time beyond your package, it will be billed separately at a flat rate of $25 per 30 minutes.
🎬 Musicals / Operas / Concert Series (Group & Institutional Rates)
Special discounted rates for long-term collaborations with schools, organizations, and institutions — such as musicals, operas, or seasonal concert series, which typically involve 3+ hours of rehearsal per session.
Rates

Standard Project (10–20 hours): $45/hour

Medium Project (21–40 hours): $40/hour

Large Project (40+ hours): $35/hour
Detailed scheduling and cancellation terms to be arranged separately.
Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is due before the project begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

Validity Project hours must be completed within the academic semester (or the mutually agreed project timeline).
💍 Special Events
One-time standalone performances for weddings, funerals, receptions, worship services, and other special occasions. (Billed in 1-hour increments)

Deposit Policy

No meeting yet → fully refundable

Meeting/rehearsal already occurred → refundable minus value of time used

Cancelled within 3 days of event → 50% of deposit is non-refundable
Studio Policy
Students & Individuals

Booking Requests: Please include the event date, location, time, and an estimated rehearsal duration when submitting your inquiry.

Score Submission: Please submit your score (PDF) at least 1 week in advance to allow for adequate preparation.

Score Difficulty Exception: Highly demanding repertoire requiring extensive individual practice time may incur a separate reading fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 24+ hours before rehearsal: full refund or time retained

Cancel within 3 hours of rehearsal, or no-show: 30 minutes automatically deducted from package

Validity Period: Purchased package hours must be used within 3 months of payment (or within the academic semester) and cannot be carried over or refunded.

Organizations & Institutions

Booking & Quote Requests: For official invitations and contracts, please email your inquiry with the project period/dates, exact location, repertoire list, and estimated total hours required.

Contract & Payment: Depending on the organization's procedures, payment may be arranged via upfront prepayment or invoice (PO/Invoice) processing.

Score Provision: Upon project confirmation, the organization is responsible for providing the full score for all repertoire (PDF or bound copies).

Cancellation & Deposit Policy: Cancellation and deposit terms follow the Deposit Policy outlined under [Musicals / Operas / Concert Series] above.

Any schedule changes should be mutually arranged at least 1 week in advance.
